PASTA AND PEA PODS 
8 oz. mostaccioli
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen pea pods, cooked
1/2 c. butter
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Julienned carrots, optional

Cook mostaccioli and pea pods; drain and keep warm. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat; add mostaccioli and pea pods. Toss together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with Romano. Garnish with julienned carrots if desired. Makes 4 servings.
