BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
8 slices Velveeta cheese
2 sticks butter
2 pkgs. Zesta saltine crackers, crumbled
3/4 c. milk

Cook broccoli in covered pan for 20 minutes. Drain and place in shallow dish. Melt butter in smaller pan. Pour 3/4 of this into bowl of cracker crumbs and mix well. Add 3 slices cheese, 3/4 cup milk to remaining butter in pan. Heat until cheese is melted. Pour cheese sauce over broccoli. Add 5 slices cheese on top of broccoli. Top with butter and cracker crumb topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
