CHOCOLATE MOUSSE DESSERT 
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 eggs, beaten
4 eggs, separated
2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Powdered sugar
2 pkg. lady fingers

Melt chocolate morsels in double boiler and set aside to cool. In large bowl, add cooled chocolate to 2 beaten eggs. Whip 4 egg whites until peaked. Fold into chocolate mixture. Beat egg yolks and fold into chocolate mixture. Whip cream adding enough powdered sugar to sweeten to taste. Fold 1/2 of whipped cream into chocolate mixture.

Line sides of springform pan with lady fingers, also pressing lady fingers into bottom of pan. Pour mousse mixture into springform pan spreading evenly. Top with remainder of whipped cream. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serves 10-12.
