In center of each dough rectangle, put 1 tablespoon chocolate chips. Bring each of 4 corners to center and seal to make an envelope. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle tops with powdered sugar. Serve slightly warm.
