RUSSIAN BALLS | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. finely chopped nuts Confectioners' sugar Cream butter with sugar. Work in flour and salt. Add vanilla and nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet (375 degrees) for 13 to 15 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Cool and then roll in confectioners' sugar again. Makes 40 to 45 cookies. |
