PUMPKIN DESSERT 
3 lg. eggs, beaten well
1 to 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
29 oz. can pumpkin
1/4 tsp. salt
12 oz. can milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger

Mix above well and pour into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan. 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. or more nuts

Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Melt butter and pour over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
