FIRESIDE COFFEE MIX 
1 1/2 c. hot cocoa mix
2 c. non-dairy coffee creamer
1 1/2 c. instant coffee
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Makes 6 1/2 cups. To make 1 cup spoon 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon to 1 cup boiling water. Top with Cool Whip.
