CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa and salt together; add butter, vanilla and eggs. Mix together, beating well. Add nuts and place in greased 9-inch square pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325°F. When finished baking, add 1 package miniature marshmallows on top of warm brownies. Mix icing and drizzle on top of marshmallows.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 or 4 tbsp. warm milk
1 tsp. vanilla

I double recipe and cut into squares.

Yields 2 dozen.

I use 2 boxes of brownie mix with walnuts instead of starting from scratch. Just as good and a lot less trouble. You can always use more warm milk to make icing smoother. I only use 1 tablespoon at a time.
