HOT PEPPER RELISH 
4 qts. cut up peppers (ring)
9 c. ketchup
6 c. sugar
6 c. vinegar
3 c. salad oil
3 tsp. salt

Cut up peppers (the finer the better). Mix ingredients and boil 10 minutes. Add peppers and boil for 5 more minutes. Then can. Put in clean hot jar.
