1 pkg. Super Moist yellow cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 1/2 c. chopped, pared apples
3/4 c. packed brown sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix dry cake mix, water, butter, eggs, graham cracker crumbs, and cinnamon in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Fold in apples. Pour into pan; sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake until cake pulls away from sides of pan and toothpick comes out clean, 38-40 minutes.
