RAVIOLI - QUICK RECIPE
2 containers fresh ravioli
1 lg. container of premade fresh tomato sauce
1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
Parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper, either fresh ground or already ground
1/2 tsp. salt

(Cheese or meat or both - you can substitute tortoloni).

(Or 1 container of Alfredo sauce - both of these can be found in dairy area of your grocery store).

Use a 2 quart pot filled 1/2-3/4 with water. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add several drops oil to water. When water is boiling add ravioli or tortoloni and cook for at least 7 minutes depending how you like it; i.e., firm or soft. Leave uncovered while cooking. Drain pasta in a colander.

Place in large soup plates. Heat sauce in microwave on High for 3-5 minutes. Stop halfway to stir sauce then continue for remainder of time. Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese and top with small sprig of parsley and serve with sliced Italian bread or garlic bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
