FLUFFY CLOUD BISCUITS 
2 c. sifted flour
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Combine milk and egg - beat. Add to first mixture. Mix well. Roll out on floured board. Cut out biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 14 minutes. Very light and delicious.
