RHUBARB SALAD 
3 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. cold water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. chopped celery

Place rhubarb and sugar over low heat and cook until tender, then bring to boiling and remove. Add remaining ingredients and mix all together.
