SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add all other ingredients. Beat well until fluffy - put in large casserole dish. Spread with topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix together until crumbly. Pour over the sweet potato mixture. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
