CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 lb. fresh cleaned cranberries, frozen
1 orange
2-3 apples
1/2 c. pecans
1 (6 oz.) cherry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Combine frozen berries, orange, apples, and lemon juice in food processor. Pulse on and off. Add pineapple and sugar, chill until partially set. Fold in celery and nuts. Chill until set.
