STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. ReaLemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. strawberries
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Crush strawberries and drain. Sweeten to taste. Thicken juice with cornstarch, boil. Add strawberries to thickened juice. Mix Eagle Brand milk, softened cream cheese, ReaLemon and vanilla. Make graham cracker crust, layer with mixture, and top with strawberries. 12 servings.
