STRAWBERRY AND MELON SALAD 
2 c. whole strawberries
1/2 ripe cantaloupe melon
1/4 ripe honeydew melon
Mint sprigs, optional

FOR SAUCE:

1/2 c. unflavored yogurt
2 tbsp. each oil & honey
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger

Wash strawberries and remove hulls. For sauce, in a bowl, combine listed ingredients and slice strawberries to mix into it (or strawberries can be served separately). Scoop out and discard seeds of melons. Cut off rind and cut melons, lengthwise into thin slices. Arrange slices alternately in a fan fashion on a salad plate. Garnish with whole strawberries and serve dressing along side. Calories 185.
