FRENCH APPLE CRISP | |
6 c. sliced apples 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. Bisquick mix 2 eggs 2 tbsp. softened butter STREUSEL TOPPING: 1 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/3 c. packed brown sugar 3 tbsp. butter Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix first 4 ingredients. Place in greased pan. Beat next 4 ingredients until smooth. Pour over apples. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over entire top of apple mixture, covering ALL areas. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip. |
