RIBBON DESSERT 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. nuts, chopped fine

Blend together and pat in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Blend together and spread over first layer.

3RD LAYER:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Beat and spread over second layer.

4TH LAYER:

Top with:

1 to 2 c. whipped topping

Grated semi-sweet chocolate chips on top for decoration. Refrigerate and add nuts if desired. Can use any flavor pudding.
