FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans, chopped

Cut flour and butter, add pecans and press into bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 of lg. carton Cool Whip

Combine cream cheese and Cool Whip. Sliced bananas may be added.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk (NOT 6)

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with rest of Cool Whip and nuts. May also top with chocolate shavings.
