STUFFED BEEF ROLL UPS 
15 slices roast beef
2 boxes beef Stove Top stuffing
1 onion, diced
2 medium potatoes, in 1/2 inch cubes
3 jars beef gravy

In a medium saucepan, put flavor packets from stuffing mix and any remaining ingredients that the package recipe calls for.

Add potatoes and onions. Boil for 10-15 minutes. Finish the recipe on the box.

Spoon stuffing onto beef slices; roll up, put in cake pan and cover with gravy.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
