FROZEN SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) or 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. coffee cream (mocha mix)
1 c. drained pineapple, crushed
1 sliced banana
1 can pitted Royal Ann cherries
1 can pitted Bing cherries
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. green seedless grapes
3/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Maraschino cherries (garnish)

Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, salad dressing, and coffee cream in blender or with beater until well blended and rather thick. Add remaining ingredients, folding in whipped cream last. Freeze overnight.

Remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving. Makes 12-15 pieces or more depending on cutting.
