CRUMB CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. soft butter
3 tsp. baking powder

Beat 2 eggs and add 1 cup milk. Mix in large bowl (by hand) first 4 ingredients. In another bowl mix next 2 ingredients. Reserve 3/4 cup of crumb mixture for top. Add egg and milk mixture to crumb mixture. Mix by hand. Put batter in 2 (8 inch) pans. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a golden brown.
