GRASSHOPPER GRABS 
6 env. Knox unflavored gelatin, divided
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water, divided
1/3 c. creme de menthe
3 c. (1 1/2 pts.) vanilla ice cream, divided
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix

Mint Layer: In a large bowl combine 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin, the flavored gelatin and sugar. Add 2 cups boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in creme de menthe plus 2 cups ice cream until melted. Pour into shallow baking pan about 9"x13", chill until almost set.

Chocolate Layer: In large bowl, mix 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin with the pudding mix. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of ice cream until melted. Carefully pour into mint layer. Chill until firm. to serve cut into 1" squares.
