HAM GLAZE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vinegar
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen peaches

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, mustard, paprika in saucepan. Add 1 cup cold water. Add orange juice and vinegar. Cook until thick. Add egg yolks. Add peaches.
