DOUBLE CRISPY CHICKEN 
7 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. frying chicken
3 tbsp. butter, melted

1. Measure crushed corn flakes into shallow dish. Set aside.

2. In small mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with crushed flakes. Place in single layer, skin side up on greased baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
