HERB STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chopped tarragon, fresh
1 tbsp. chopped basil, fresh
1/2 tbsp. chopped oregano, fresh
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. finely minced parsley, fresh (no substitute)
20 lg. mushrooms

Clean and stem mushrooms. Process all other ingredients in food processor until well combined. Mixture should be a light green color. Pipe or spoon into mushroom caps. (Dried herbs may be substituted, but taste first.)
