HERB STUFFED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
1 pkg. of herb and garlic cheese
Italian bread crumbs
4 slices of prosciutto ham (or any sliced ham)
1 c. of milk
Whole wheat flour
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Open breast and spread cheese, in a thick layer, roll breast, bring in outside edges first, then roll breast from end to end. Dip chicken in milk and egg beaten then roll in flour then roll in bread crumbs. Lightly brown chicken then wrap with ham. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
