SHRIMP SPAGHETTI 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, minced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and 2 tbsp. tomato paste, or just 2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. fresh shrimp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the first seven ingredients about 10 minutes and add shrimp. Then add alternately, in layers, spaghetti and the sauce in a 2 quart casserole. Add the grated cheese on top and bake about 30- 35 minutes. A quick casserole for unexpected company. Serves 4 to 6.
