20 oz. pkg. Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
15 gummy worms

1. Process 20 ounce package of Oreos very fine; set aside.

2. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; set aside.

3. Make 2 packages of vanilla instant pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk according to package directions. Let set for 10 minutes.

4. Combine #2 and #3.

5. Using a 6 inch plastic or ceramic flower pot, layer ingredients beginning and ending with cookies. On top of each pudding layer lay some gummy worms. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Just before serving decorate with some artificial flowers and serve with a hand spade. This is a real fun, conversational piece and delicious!
