EASY MICROWAVE QUICHE 
Bake a frozen pie shell in a microwave dish in regular oven until brown. Layer 1 can boned chicken, 1 small can diced Ortega chilies, 1/2 to 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. In separate small bowl beat 2 eggs with 1 small can (5 oz.) evaporated milk. Pour mixture over chicken, chili and cheese in pie crust. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in microwave oven. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 4 to 5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
