VEGGIE CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
6 oz. Swiss cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion rings

Thaw and drain veggies. (I use fresh and cook slightly. Carrots 4 minutes on high, add broccoli and cauliflower, cook 5 minutes more on high in microwave). Combine veggies, 4 ounces Swiss cheese, sour cream, soup and 1/2 can onion rings. Add seasoning to taste. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
