VEGGIE CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots 6 oz. Swiss cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can onion rings Thaw and drain veggies. (I use fresh and cook slightly. Carrots 4 minutes on high, add broccoli and cauliflower, cook 5 minutes more on high in microwave). Combine veggies, 4 ounces Swiss cheese, sour cream, soup and 1/2 can onion rings. Add seasoning to taste. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
