JAPANESE SALAD 
Dressing:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Shake all ingredients together and refrigerate or make just before serving.

Salad:

2 whole chicken breasts
1 head lettuce, shredded
3 green onions, chopped
1/8 c. poppy seed
1 small can chow mein noodles
1 small pkg. slivered almonds

Boil chicken breasts until tender and tear into slivers. Add lettuce and green onions. Add poppy seed, chow mein noodles and almonds just before serving. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.

Serves 6.
