2 Pet Ritz pie shells, baked light brown, then brushed with 1 tsp. butter
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced ham
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Mix together. Pour in pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
