1 lb. ground round
1 sm. onion
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 c. milk
2 c. noodles
Salt and pepper (optional)

Brown ground round, add chopped onion. Pour off excess grease. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Mix noodles and ground round in a casserole dish. Pour milk into a double boiler, add cheese. Stir until smooth like a sauce. Add to noodles and beef, mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minute.
