CRISP ONION ROASTED POTATOES 
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. thyme & marjoram (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally, 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley.
