2 lg. boxes vanilla wafers, crushed
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
1/2 gallon of nuts
2 boxes raisins
2 lg. bottles cherries, drained

Grease container or bowl with butter. Cut wax paper to fit bottom. Mix all ingredients together. Mash down in container. Refrigerate.
