SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM 
5 potatoes
1 onion
2 c. ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel and slice potatoes, dice ham into bite size pieces. Dice onion. Add these to mixture of soup and milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in oven at 350 to 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
