2 c. slightly warm milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. devils food cake mix
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. nut meats

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add pudding and cake mix. Pour into 9x13 pan which has been greased and floured on bottom only. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nut meats over top of the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
