TOMATO AND THREE CHEESE TART 
1 baked 9 inch pie shell
6 tomatoes, peeled and seeded and cut into 1/3 inch slices
2 tbsp. shredded fresh basil
3 tbsp. minced fresh chives
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
1 c. grated Gouda
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella

Arrange tomato slices in shell. Sprinkle them with basil, chives, salt and pepper to taste.

In bowl combine mayonnaise with cheeses. Spread mixture over tomato slices and bake tart in middle of oven 400 degrees (preheated) for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden.
