TOMATO CHEESE BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped

Saute the onion and butter. Grease casserole and layer tomato. Cut in chunks with dry bread crumbs. Add salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon basil. Pour onions over. Top with 8 ounce Cheddar cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees uncovered.
