INSTANT PUDDING DESSERT | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. chopped nuts 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant pudding 3 c. milk FIRST LAYER: Mix flour, butter, sugar and nut meats and pat into greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 325 degrees until light brown. Cool. SECOND LAYER: Cream cheese and powdered sugar together and add 1/2 of large tub of Cool Whip. Spread over first layer. THIRD LAYER: Beat 2 packages instant pudding with milk until thick, spread over second layer. FOURTH LAYER: Spread remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with nuts. |
