INSTANT PUDDING DESSERT 
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix as for pie crust, press into 9 x 9 pan, bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

4 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
1 1/2 c. milk

Stir together cream cheese and 1/2 of Cool Whip, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and pour over crust.

Beat together instant pudding and 1 1/2 cup milk, fold in remaining Cool Whip and pour over top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
