ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2-1 pkg. Chinese noodles (China Bowl brand)
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
3 c. chicken chunks, cooked
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/4 c. sliced green onion

GINGER DRESSING:

1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Prepare noodles; prepare dressing. Pour dressing over chicken, lettuce, carrots, and onions. Slowly add noodles. Refrigerate.
