Catfish fillets (1 per serving)
1 pkg. instant onion soup

Place fillets flat on baking pan. Mix onion soup to form a thick sauce. Pour over fillets and add a pat of butter to each fillet. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Serve with macaroni and cheese or plain rice.
