PINEAPPLE COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 sm. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/2 bag sm. marshmallows
2 lbs. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise

Put lemon Jello in bowl with hot water. Mix well. Add cold water and marshmallows. In another bowl add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and pineapple. Mix well and add to Jello mixture. Chill overnight. Serves 10-12 people.
