MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
1 lg. head Romaine, torn
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. chopped celery

Combine above in large salad bowl, and toss with Poppy Seed Dressing.

POPPY SEED DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 to 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
