COTTAGE CHEESE OLIVE - NUT SALAD 
Mix cheese and olives; form tablespoons of mixture into balls; roll in nuts. Arrange on lettuce, 3 balls per serving; top with 2 teaspoons dressing. Makes about 50 portions (3 balls to a serving).

6 lb. cottage cheese
1 qt. stuffed olives, chopped
1 lb. pecans or peanuts, coarsely chopped
6 head lettuce, shredded
2 c. French dressing
