FROSTED RAISIN SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Instant Ralston High Fiber cereal or 1/2 c. regular Ralston
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add powder, soda, salt, and Ralston. Mix well. Stir in raisins. Spread in pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool. Spread with a glaze (powdered sugar, etc.). Makes 48 (1 1/2 inch) squares.
