STUFFED MEATBALLS
1 (6 oz.) box prepared stuffing mix
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (10 oz.) can cream soup (mushroom or chicken)

Prepare stuffing according to package directions. In a mixing bowl combine ground beef and milk. Divide mixture into five meatballs. Roll into thin patties. Place 1/5 of stuffing in center of patty, then draw meat over stuffing and seal. Place meatballs in baking dish. Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze or refrigerate.

To serve, combine soup with 1/4 cup water. Pour over meatballs. Bake frozen meatballs, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or cook in microwave oven 8 to 10 minutes on full power by loosening one corner of Saran Wrap to form a vent for steam to escape. Serves 5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
